CLIENT SERVICES LEARNERSHIP

Location: In-office at Route 21 Business Park
Complete Duration of Learnership: 12 months fixed-term Learnership

Start Date of Next Learnership: 2026

We are looking for enthusiastic and computer literate individuals to join our Learnership programme. This role will involve getting to know our working environment and providing telephonic and technical support to our clients in accordance with our company standards. This is an in-office position.
You will need to be adaptable and patient in the workplace. This is a vital function within the company. Those that prove themselves may be taken on in a permanent capacity.

Duties include:
• Telephonic/Onsite/Remote Application Support (Software and Hardware)
• Call- outs for enrolment and swap-outs
• Training
• Setup of Accounts
• Courtesy calls
• Scheduling

Requirements:
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Driven and Self motivated
• Computer literate
• Valid Driver’s License
