Through the use of ERSBio’s biometric verification devices, students can clock in for school by scanning their fingerprint or face on the device. The data is synched in real-time with the Ed-Admin portal and accurate records can be kept of student attendance. Should a student be late or absent, the Ed-Admin portal will notify the teacher and parent.
ERSBio fully integrates with Sage 300 and offers the following functionality:
- New Employees created on Sage 300 are automatically sent to the ERSBio system.
- Time & Attendance Hours captured on the ERSBio system are automatically sent to Sage 300.
- Approved Leave is automatically sent from Sage 300 to the ERSBio system.
ERSBio Seamlessly integrates Employees, Hours and Leave with PaySpace:
- New Employees created on PaySpace are automatically sent to the ERSBio system.
- Time & Attendance Hours captured on the ERSBio system are automatically sent to PaySpace.
- Approved Leave is automatically sent from PaySpace to the ERSBio system.
EasyRoster enables you to optimize the scheduling and deployment of your workforce to client sites, resulting in improved efficiency.
ERSBio has seamlessly integrated with the Evolve Dealer Management System (DMS). Evolve is used by about 50% of the dealers in South Africa to manage the dealership, from Vehicle and part sales to Servicing of vehicles. Once a technician has clocked out, and the job is finished, the clocking data is sent to Evolve, where the clocked times are saved for audit purposes and the time worked is calculated per labour line on the job.
